Shipping

At SAMBA Collective, every piece is created with care and attention to detail. We work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order or limited-edition pieces may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be indicated on the product page.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout:

  • Spain

  • European Union countries

  • United Kingdom

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SAMBA piece.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the limited-edition and handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. As many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee replacement stock.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
